Introduction & Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 422bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://422bet.onl and all associated services, features, content, products, and games offered through it (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, accessing any part of the 422bet platform, placing a wager, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• 3.4 Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 422bet platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all accounts associated with that individual, along with forfeiture of any balance held therein.
• 3.5 You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction voluntarily placed on your account through the 422bet Responsible Gaming tools.
• 3.6 You must not previously have had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by 422bet for any breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• 5.1 Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money.

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Users are expected to engage with the 422bet platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• 6.1 Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• 6.2 Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider trading of sporting information, or coordinated betting schemes designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• 6.3 Attempting to access the platform or its systems without authorisation, including but not limited to hacking, reverse engineering, or probing for security vulnerabilities.
• 6.4 Using funds of criminal or fraudulent origin to fund your 422bet account. The platform complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• 6.5 Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable through any communication channel associated with the 422bet platform.

Intellectual Property & Platform Content

All content available on the 422bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, software, game content supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others), and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of 422bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect service availability. Open bets affected by significant service outages will be settled in accordance with our standard settlement procedures.
• 8.2 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 422bet makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose, or as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the platform.
• 8.3 In all cases, 422bet's maximum aggregate liability to any single User in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 10.4 At the User's own written request, in which case any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of outstanding bets will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, 422bet reserves the right to withhold any balance, including real-money funds, where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity or a material breach of these Terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and 422bet that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall first be referred to our customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution.

422bet aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of a complaint being raised, either party may pursue available legal remedies. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief.

Miscellaneous Provisions

• 12.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 422bet with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
• 12.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• 12.3 Waiver. The failure of 422bet to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by 422bet in writing.
• 12.4 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
